Black Garlic, a fermented garlic product. It takes 12 days in a temperature & humidity controlled environment to make this delicious stuff! Sweet, gooey, caramel flavor. We grew the garlic, and fermented it ourselves in our own Black Garlic Fermentors! We’ve vacuum sealed them for safe shipping & preserving!
